Earned recognition for Scottish childminders who help shape the future of childminding.
This is not a rewards scheme or a referral programme. It is professional recognition for experienced, engaged childminders who want to contribute to something bigger than their own setting β helping to raise standards across Scottish childminding.

What is a Champion?
ChildMinderPro Champions are a small, selected group of practising Scottish childminders who provide honest feedback, help shape platform development, support the wider childminding community, and test new features before release.
They are chosen for their professionalism and contribution β not their social media presence or how many people they can refer. Being a Champion is about the quality of your practice and your willingness to give something back to the profession.
Think of it as the equivalent of a professional advisory group. Champions help us build the right things, in the right way, for real Scottish childminding settings β and they help fellow childminders get the most from the platform along the way.
The Role
How You Become One
The pathway is transparent and open β there is no closed selection or favouritism. Champions are recognised based on the following:
Numbers are kept deliberately small. Quality of contribution matters more than scale.
The Recognition
No discounts. No referral fees. No influencer toolkit.
A formal ChildMinderPro Champion credential you can reference in your professional profile and with the Care Inspectorate.
Your feedback is actioned and attributed. You help decide what gets built next.
Safeguarding and child protection insights from founders with 25+ years of experience in child protection, MAPPA, and multi-agency safeguarding.
A recognised role within the Scottish childminding community, not just within the app.
